Can't recommend Brumby Motors enough. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years straight, David and his team never disappointed me. I recently took my BMW E70 2010 to fix my suspension as it was making a lot of noises not only they fixed they offered a replacement car as I urgently needed to be at work. And the car drives now like brand new Tomas- the shop manager was super nice and did his best in terms of pricing and fixing the car, all with a smile on his face. Tomas kept me informed, send me text messages, calls and made sure I am comfortable with what they were doing. Honestly from David, Tomas and everyone who works there, they are polite and professional. The garage is so clean and they recently opened a cafe for when you need to wait. EGR fault finding — very professional, thorough, and honest in their approach. You can tell they really know what they’re doing. The workshop is clean and well organised, which is always a good sign. David and the team at Artarmon Brumby Motors truly helped me at the right time, and I’m so grateful. Just one day before my trip to Orange, something suddenly went wrong with my car. I started calling around, but every service was already fully booked. Then I went to the Artarmon Brumby Motors website (they have really useful online booking form), found an available time, booked online, came in, and they fixed the issue with my wheel straight away! They repaired the bearing and made my car safe to drive, which honestly may have prevented a serious problem or even an accident during my long trip. After I came back from Orange, they completed the rest of the work that was not urgent but still needed to be done. Now my car feels like new again.
